To get the offers, visit Groupon, sign-in or sign-up, then select the city that’s listing the deal you want from the drop-down list of cities at the top of the Groupon site. Since these are online deals, you don’t need to live in the listing city to take advantage of the offer.

Where are you seeing this deals? I can’t find several of them. For example, the ChicCanvas deal listed for the Los Angeles holiday store is no where to be found when going there.
