A Little Groupon for Your Weekend

Groupon has some nice online bargains available to kick off your weekend. The deals listed below are those that you can use no matter where you live.

To get the offers, visit Groupon, sign-in or sign-up, then select the city that’s listing the deal you want from the drop-down list of cities at the top of the Groupon site. Since all of these are online deals, you don’t need to live in the listing city to take advantage of the offer.

If these deals don’t float your boat, you can still sign up for email alerts for your nearest Groupon city to get local deals delivered to your inbox each day.

San Antonio- Get $25 worth of teas and tea accessories for just $12 from Tea District. Shipping is not included, but is a flat fee rate of $5.

Boise- Get $30 worth of outdoor clothing and gear for $15 from Sierra Trading Post. The Groupon expires December 6, 2001, giving you plenty of time to use it.

Brooklyn- If you need to order custom stationary within the next few months, you may be interested to learn that you can get $40 worth of personalized paper products and invitations from Between the Sheets Co. for just $20. Customization is included with all purchases. I’m going to snag this Groupon! They have some super cute gift ideas.

Sioux Falls- Snag a voucher worth $75 of jewelry from Laura James Jewelry for just $35. Shipping is included.

Memphis- Get a voucher for $100 worth of jewelry from Robert Irwin Jewelers for $35. Unless you live in Memphis, you’ll have to use this Groupon by placing your order by phone. Shipping is free.

Toledo and Indianapolis- If love nuts and dried fruit, you may want to snag this deal for $25 worth of products from Nutty Guys for $10. They have organic options too!

Rochester- Get $75 worth of wine from Wine Insiders for just $25. The Groupon can be used toward shipping and tax. Bottles begin at $9.99.

Los Angeles- If you are flying before the end of the year, you can snag a 1-day Delta Sky Club pass for $22 (savings of $28), good at 50 worldwide locations. You don’t need to be flying Delta- just need a layover in an airport with a Sky Club. The Sky Club includes free wi-fi, snacks, and alcoholic beverages.

  • I just wanted to tell you that I have been searching the web looking for someone who does exactly this.
Thanks, I have found, by chance, many great groupon deals by clicking on other cities, but don’t have the time to troll them all. You are my new favorite person.

    • Glad to hear my site is helpful! :)

I’ll be adding some other “deal of the day” sites to the blog in the next week or so.

  • Great blog Dana. Check out Daily Croupon for some of my thoughts on Groupon and similar group coupon sites. I would love it if you could guest blog on my site.

I love these websites that act like they’re trying to help everyone, but in reality are just trying to feed off of stupidity. This is what happends when people are cheap bastards (like me), and try to think “outside of the box”.

I am a fan of doing this kinda stuff, but its just too funny how far people will go. Enjoy the free groupons/cash!

    -HAHA
